Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Construction Manager lies in overseeing construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints. This individual must effectively manage field office operations and exercise total accountability for project success.

  • Ensure seamless execution of plant construction
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate overall administration and logistical aspects of construction works
  • Verify that constructed facilities conform to architectural drawings and quality specifications
  • Facilitate coordination with project managers and related departments to guarantee timely project completion
  • Compile and submit regular progress reports and certify bills of quantity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
