Strategic Financial Leadership Position

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned financial executive to drive strategic financial leadership in our organization. This pivotal role encompasses full ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet, with a focus on driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profitability and Balance Sheet Ownership: Take sole responsibility for the company's P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with financial statements.
  • Financial Planning and Strategic Support: Lead annual budgeting, business forecasting, and long-term financial planning, providing strategic insights and scenario modeling for growth.
  • Plant Finance and Costing: Oversee plant-level finance functions, including product costing and inventory control, driving cost optimization and supporting capex planning and feasibility studies.
  • Working Capital, Fund, and Treasury Management: Monitor and optimize working capital, manage treasury functions, cash flow planning, and banking relationships, leading fund management and efficient deployment of funds.
  • IPO Planning and Execution: Lead all financial, operational, and regulatory preparations for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), coordinating with investment bankers, auditors, and legal advisors, and overseeing due diligence.
  • Compliance, Controls, and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, lead audits, strengthen internal controls, and governance frameworks.
  • ERP and Finance Transformation: Lead finance digitalization and ERP system implementation/enhancement, improving reporting systems, financial analytics, and process efficiency.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, establish strong functional capabilities, and drive succession planning.
