About the Role

The Global HR Architecture team is looking to hire a SAP SuccessFactors consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) project implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing, and overseeing the full implementation project.
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.
  • Preparing and leading workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions.

Technical Lead & Advisor – SAP SuccessFactors EC:

  • Owning the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.
  • Serving as the central knowledge holder for SuccessFactors EC within the global HR-IT team.
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Designing and implementing integrations with local systems.
  • Conducting testing, issue resolution, and release management.
  • Developing and maintaining reports.
  • Supporting technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
