Job Description

As a key member of our architecture team, the Supporting Architect will play a crucial role in designing, documenting, and analyzing technical solutions for credit card platforms within the banking sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in solution architecture, technical analysis, and related roles within the banking or financial services sector. They will be responsible for modeling solutions, mapping requirements to banking platform capabilities, and researching regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the Americas.

The Supporting Architect will support the creation of solution documentation and architecture models for credit card processing, transaction management, and customer onboarding systems. They will also assist with gathering business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with BankingSuite capabilities and core banking processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation of solution documentation and architecture models for credit card processing, transaction management, and customer onboarding systems.
  • Assisting with gathering business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with BankingSuite capabilities and core banking processes.
  • Ensuring requirements traceability and compliance with banking regulations such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC (Know Your Customer).
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical analysis, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and standards (e.g., PCI DSS, AML, KYC, data privacy).
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Experience with architecture modeling tools and frameworks is preferred. Understanding of credit card lifecycle, transaction flows, and digital banking platforms is a plus.
