Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-impact risk assessments, site surveys, and technical evaluations for top-tier energy clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in thermal/hydro power plants (renewables a plus) and be looking to blend engineering depth with business impact in client-facing, international roles.

About the Role:

  • Conduct detailed risk surveys at power generation facilities to identify potential hazards and develop actionable plans to mitigate risks.
  • Deliver comprehensive risk reports with loss estimates & improvement plans to stakeholders across Risk, Ops, and Insurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new project reviews and international risk placements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years in Operations/Maintenance in power plants or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical audits, risk analysis, and reporting with excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Mechanical Engineering degree (IIT/NIT preferred) with a focus on engineering principles and risk management.
