Job Title: IT Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to lead our team in effective management of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement ITAM Processes: Create, implement, and manage end-to-end IT Asset Management processes for both hardware and software assets.
  • Software Asset Management Lifecycle: Lead the Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle including license management, compliance audits, procurement, renewals, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure cost optimization and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and automation within ITAM/SAM practice.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong Experience in ITAM Tools: Solid experience in IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management tools is essential.
  • Licence Models and Compliance: Strong understanding of license models and compliance management is required.
  • Hardware Asset Lifecycle: Ability to manage hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
  • ITIL Processes: Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially ITAM/SAM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Procurement.
  • Reporting and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow reports are necessary.
