Capital Markets Professional

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with 5–6 years of expertise in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions. The candidate should have strong exposure to IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Bonds, and other capital market deals, along with a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines.

The role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

This is a challenging opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their expertise and network to drive success in the capital markets arena.

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

The successful candidate will have:

  • CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
