About the Role:

This role is for an organized and detail-focused professional to coordinate price book processes. This includes setting up new vendors, updating product information, and managing promotions for stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain item-level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook.
  • Input new and updated item-level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors.
  • Maintain and clean up Pricebook data, ensuring regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing old items.
  • Collaborate daily with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Vendor Partners.
  • Identify, research, and resolve problems through reporting and other means.
  • Solve problems on the first call or escalate as needed.
  • Respond to all calls, emails, and personnel requests within the same day.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • PDI/Price Book, Marketing, and/or Accounting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Willing to learn store applications, including PDI software.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent data entry and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be articulate in verbal and written communications.
  • Candidates must be team players and flexible to changing assignments and direction.
