Reservation Representative

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our guests and partners by assisting with bookings, handling inquiries, and managing reservation records.

  • Share property details, availability, and pricing with customers to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Handle calls, messages, and emails from potential guests or partners to provide timely support.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating reservation records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking confirmations and follow up on customer queries.
  • Support the development of reservation reporting and contribute to enhancing booking efficiency.
Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using reservation management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
