Partner Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing certifications, help desk requests, reporting, and outbound referrals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update the list of active certifications
  2. Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements
  3. Manage and triage help desk requests with clients
  4. Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution
  5. Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics
  6. Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making
  7. Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics
  8. Identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution
  9. Ensure accurate PAL and POR attribution once requirements are met
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem
  • Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
