We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a workflow expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in customer support, with a strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations. You will be responsible for onboarding new users, responding to support tickets, and communicating with clients about product enhancements. Additionally, you will work closely with key decision makers to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations
- 3-5 years experience in customer support
- Client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
