About the Role

This role offers a unique chance to design and scale programs that uplift women in underserved communities through livelihood training, education, and access to resources. You'll work closely with our founders to shape initiatives that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting CSR Proposals: Research and draft proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs, including skilling, entrepreneurship, health, and education.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  • Outreach to CSR Funders & Partners: Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
  • Maintaining Follow-ups: Present tailored proposals and build long-term partnerships with CSR funders and partners.
  • Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams: Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
  • Customizing Documentation: Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Students or early-career professionals pursuing BBA/MBA, BA/MA/PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Planning to study abroad and seeking relevant experience in development work.
