Lead Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional business leader to spearhead our growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel strategy, driving revenue expansion, and fostering strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across various channels, including direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, institutional, gifting, and exports.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to enhance brand reach and drive business growth.
  • Oversee profit and loss responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line performance metrics.
  • Cultivate large-scale institutional partnerships with hotels, corporations, events, and wellness studios.
  • Expand our gifting programs through corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
  • Pursue international market entry via export partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Foster awareness through wellness, sustainability, and impact narratives.
  • Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Establish clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics for efficiency.
  • Mentor and grow the team, promoting an entrepreneurial culture.
  • Ensure alignment with our mission of empowering Himalayan communities.
  • Measure and communicate social impact alongside business success.
