Job Title: Product Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product growth and profitability in the Women's Ethnic Wear category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer-relevant product assortments that meet market trends and customer preferences.
  • Plan seasonal launches, ensuring product availability and alignment with retail operations and planning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of launches and merchandising plans.
  • Select products across designs, fabrics, prints, embroideries, colors, price points, and styling trends.
  • Identify new product lines or designs based on customer trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in product development, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
