The Procurement Executive plays a critical part in ensuring cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve best value.
  • Track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.
  • Handle quality control reports, rejections, and replacements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • BUILD strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
