About the Role

As a seasoned ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk) to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement workflows and automations using Deluge scripting for Zoho customization
  • Configure and customize Zoho modules to meet the organization's unique needs
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho Applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho Applications
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in ERP Functional Consulting with specific knowledge of Zoho modules
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting for Zoho customization
  • A functional understanding of enterprise software and its impact on operations
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation
