Job Opportunity: ERP Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst to join our team. As an ERP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Enterprise ERP System by building and deploying new modules/projects/enhancements, maintaining change control processes, and working with clients to document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the Enterprise ERP System
  • Design and develop new modules/projects/enhancements to improve system functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Work with clients to document business requirements and ensure successful implementation
  • Monitor ServiceNow queues to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in creating/modifying matrix, composite, and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas
  • Demonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables
  • Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree and report build experience

Additional Requirements:

  • For Workday Time Tracking experience, at least 4 years of experience is required
  • Kronos Workforce Central/Workforce Management (aka Dimensions) experience is highly valued
  • Experience with Shift wizard and Dormakaba is beneficial
