Building Automation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Building Management Systems (BMS) professional to lead our team in shaping the future of smart and sustainable buildings.

As a key member of our global project team, you will work on cutting-edge initiatives in building automation and smart infrastructure solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving state-of-the-art BMS, HVAC controls, and industrial automation projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end engineering strategies for global BMS projects.
  • Analyze MEP drawings to identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Create detailed RFIs, initial review sheets, and Bill of Materials to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Design BMS network architecture, select sensors, control valves, actuators, and controllers to optimize system performance.
  • Program supervisory and DDC level controllers, prepare test plans, and simulate systems to ensure robustness and reliability.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance across regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Hands-on experience in BMS architecture, Operator Workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators, and associated protocols.
  • Familiarity with network protocols such as BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in wiring, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels, with a focus on optimizing system efficiency.
  • Proven experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC/BMS systems, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Industrial Automation (PLC programming/SCADA) experience is highly desirable.
