Job Title: Technical Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical compliance, certification, and regulatory affairs.

The role involves precise planning and execution of certification and compliance activities with respect to various national and international regulations. This includes studying and implementing regulations, generating test requirements proposals, and working with internal and external stakeholders to obtain agreements and execute plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of products, test requirements, and generate requirement proposals and execution plans.
  • Study and understand tender documents, scheme documents, compliance standards, and drone rules, and generate test requirements proposals and obtain agreements with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure correct TC documentation, tests executions, TC audits, and cooperation with CB for expeditious releases of SoCs.
  • Work with external stakeholders like CB / ATE, DGCA, and QCI to make them understand the product environment and compliances.
  • Effective communications and collaborations with CB, DGCA, QCI, CEMILAC, DFI, BIS, etc.

Requirements:

  • B Tech / M Tech in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliances, minimum 5 years in UAS industry.
  • Exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks – National/International.
  • Proven experience with product testing, process analysis & certification activities.
