Job Title: Lead Social Compliance Specialist

The role of a Lead Social Compliance Specialist is to ensure the organization's social responsibility initiatives are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough social audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and improve processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on social compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance and auditing; certification desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of international and local labor standards, human rights issues, and relevant certifications.
