About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Compliance Auditor to deliver 3rd Party audits of SA 8000 on behalf of our organization as a qualified Team Leader.

  • Interact directly with clients at all levels of management to develop timely, complete, and accurate reports of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system.
  • Document and report audit activities and results, including digital tool reporting.
  • Timely approvals of reports and issuance of certificates.
  • Ability to manage key clients.
  • Supporting the sales team on technical aspects.
  • Familiarity with digital tools.
  • Maintain appropriate audit credentials and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed.

The preferred location is Hyderabad, and we also consider candidates from Chennai/Bangalore/Delhi/Pune/Mumbai/Kolkata.

About You

  • APSCA Level 3 Qualified Lead Auditor in SA 8000.
  • An engineering degree with at least 8-10 years of industry experience.
  • Rich experience in Social Compliance Auditing.
  • Lead Auditor qualifications in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS will be an added advantage.
  • Good computer literacy/usage of MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in additional languages is an added advantage.
