
Automotive Sales Professional

This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing expert advice on suitable vehicle models and features. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs and budget, and provide expert advice on suitable vehicle models and features.
- Vehicle Demonstration: Showcase vehicle capabilities, arrange and conduct test drives, and explain warranties and service options.
- Sales Negotiation: Persuade customers to purchase vehicles, negotiate final sale prices, and overcome objections to close deals.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships to build trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Process Management: Follow up on leads, manage the sales cycle, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

- Customer Service: Strong ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport.
