Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in technical sales, automotive OEMs and Tier 1 customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Molykote Specialty Lubricants to Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. They will identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions, conduct product presentations, trials and demonstrations, build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams, support customers with documentation, samples and post-sales services, and meet monthly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering
  • 3-10 years of experience in technical sales to automotive OEMs or Tier 1
  • Strong knowledge of Pune and Aurangabad industrial zone
  • Existing contacts and network within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
