AI Model Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Model Engineer to support our success by designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models.

This role requires strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy production-grade code and deployable components.

  • Design and implement machine learning pipelines and models, including LLM-based solutions
  • Translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components
  • Develop and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases
  • Train and optimize numeric machine-learning models
  • Apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation
  • Integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services
  • Work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI

Your Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance
