Key Responsibilities:
  • Create complex AI models using various techniques such as RAG, transformers, and other methodologies.

  • Apply software engineering best practices to machine learning pipelines.
  • Evaluate and analyze AI model performance to inform future development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in AI development or related fields.
  • Experience building data pipelines, deploying AI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other AI model techniques.
  • Proficiency in Git, Docker, and Linux server management.
  • Cloud-based ecosystem experience, especially AWS AI services.
  • Affinity with ML frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
