Mode of Work: Hybrid (1 day onsite if from these cities, else fully remote)

Experience: 6+ Years (Min. 1.6+ years in GenAI, 6+ months in Agentic AI)

Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA (stretchable to ₹27 LPA for exceptional candidates)

About the Role:

We're hiring 10 experienced Gen AI Engineers to build, optimize, and deploy Generative AI solutions. This is a high-impact role for engineers passionate about LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering — with the opportunity to work across advanced AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & develop Generative AI architectures, algorithms & frameworks

Build, integrate & fine-tune LLMs & AI models into production systems

Implement RAG pipelines & manage vector databases

Apply prompt engineering & tokenization for optimized outputs

Collaborate with data scientists, PMs & cross-functional teams

Test, deploy & monitor models for performance & scalability

Stay up to date with Gen AI advancements, tools & frameworks

Mandatory Skills:

Gen AI – 1.6+ years

Agentic AI – 6+ months

Python – 3–5 years (with prompt engineering experience)

LLMs – OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Vector databases & RAG pipelines

LangChain libraries & AI agents

Cloud – Azure preferred (AWS/GCP also acceptable)

Good to Have:

Experience with MLOps & DevOps practices

Cloud deployment expertise (Azure, GCP, AWS)

Familiarity with scalable AI production environments
