Senior Generative AI Developer Position

This is a senior-level position that focuses on the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI.
  • Implementing AI models by integrating them into existing systems and applications.
  • Working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, including tools like LangChain and Haystack.
  • Data preprocessing and analysis to prepare data for use in AI models.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers.
  • Testing and deploying AI models, evaluating model performance, and optimizing them for better results.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, learning about new techniques and models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI development.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, understanding principles behind these technologies.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases, understanding how to build and use retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, knowledge of frameworks like LangChain and Haystack.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization, optimizing prompts and managing tokenization.
  • Experience in integrating and fine-tuning AI models, deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
