Job Title: Data Architect & AI Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Gen AI efforts, transforming business outcomes with cutting-edge solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in designing and developing AI systems using Python, with expertise in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.
  • A strong background in architecting intelligent agents and agent-based systems is essential for this role.
About the Role

This position involves applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance. You will also engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Apply RAG techniques to boost model efficiency.
    • Develop memory and context-aware systems for AI interactions.
    • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI, driving innovation and efficiency.
    • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen.
    • Contribute to Agent Architecture design and optimization.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • In-depth understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
