Job Overview

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and QA Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer who possesses the following skills:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Deep understanding of RESTful services, OpenAPI specifications, and scalable API design.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS): IAM, VPC, Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, S3, ECR, AuroraDB, CloudWatch, AWS CLI.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is required; AWS Solutions Architect certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in containerization using Docker and deployment into cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience with authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and integration with Azure AD/SAML.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) authentication, authorization, and API integration.
