Project Executive

  • Develop strategic oversight of project workflow, encompassing client management, team operations, business development, financial management, and human resources.
  • Provide expert guidance on engagement with client stakeholders, defining project goals and scope, and drafting proposals and statements of work for new clients and role expansions.
  • Identify and build high-performing teams to create customized financial models and valuation methodologies tailored to client-specific asset classes, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.
  • Apply expertise in valuations to provide SME support in workflows centered around business enterprise valuations for portfolio companies, facilitating fair value estimation.
  • Assume full ownership of managing the offshore team, defining responsibilities at each level, establishing review layers, and approving final deliverables while promoting career progression and focusing on long-term objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to continuously identify and implement process optimization and efficiency improvements across the workflow, standardizing processes through SOPs, checklists, and trackers.
  • Establish engagement governance with accountability, emphasizing service culture, setting quality benchmarks, fostering open communication, and managing expectations.

Requirements
  • Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in project management, including experience in leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Effective workstream execution with tangible results demonstrating reduced onshore involvement and enhanced stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial and project information to diverse stakeholders and senior management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial modeling and valuations within the financial services industry.
  • Fundamental understanding of valuation theory and experience in developing frameworks covering goodwill impairment testing, purchase price allocations, income approach, market approach, cost approach, current value method, and Black Scholes option pricing method.
  • Understanding of equity allocation in complex capital structures, familiarity with option pricing method and waterfall analysis, and experience in conducting detailed market research and benchmarking on recent M&A transactions, valuation multiples, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
