Job Title: Financial Branch Director

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Branch Director to lead our branch operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase deposits, customer engagement, and cross-selling of financial products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking, with experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to mentor and develop their team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through deposits, CASA, and liabilities, as well as the cross-selling of financial products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
  • Operations & Compliance: Oversee all branch operations, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the branch team, driving their performance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking operations and compliance.

Education:
