As a Branch Manager for AEGIS Elevator in Pune and Nashik, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the branch. This includes leading the sales team, managing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve branch targets and maintain high standards of quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including installation, maintenance, and repair services.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and optimize operational costs.
- Manage inventory and procurement.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Financial Performance**:

- Monitor and analyze financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Implement effective risk management strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a related field. i. e. Elevator Field
- MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in the elevator industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
