Prepare consignment for orders and execute deliveries on daily basis.

Ensuring all consignment details like actual weight, charge weight, material size, delivery branch, delivery address

etc. are mentioned correctly on the LR

Assisting and monitoring the unloading of Consignments

Checking & Inspecting consignment invoices and documents

Assisting in preparing and printing shipping labels

Preparing outbound consignments and tracking their delivery times

Receive materials from line haul or delivery trucks and ensure everything has been received correctly.

Scheduling urgent consignments on priority

Receiving, processing, and organizing cosignments and deliveries accordingly.

Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality. Supervise the loading of

such goods into vehicles for delivery

Communicating with drivers for faster delivery

Uploading delivered consignments POD in Software on daily basis.

Reporting any missing or damaged shipments

Keep a record of all consignments

Evaluate transportation cost and other expenses and verify that they are not more than the amount charged to

clients, to ensure that a positive account balance is left at the end of every transaction

Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.

Greet and welcome customers to the store in a pleasant manner.

Maintain the office area neat and clean and sanitized.

Assisting and monitoring the unloading of shipments

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinating daily operations with the Branch Manager & City Head

Coordinate with the logistics hub for shipment of materials.

Monitor all incoming and outgoing consignments

Ensuring use of material handling equipment's like pallet jacks and forklift to lift heavy items

Monitoring status of ongoing consignments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
