**Job Summary**
Prime is a leading Coaching class in Maharashtra for IIT JEE/ Medical exams. Its a team of IIT graduates and famous authors. Many of the toppers of IIT JEE from Maharashtra are Prime Academy students. We have 5 branches in Pune. The teaching staff has not changed in the last 13 years.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Parents and students will visit the Prime Academy office to enquire about the institute. You need to explain to them about the academy and convince them to enrol at Prime.
2. Typically, the fee is very high, so you need to bond with parents/students to get more references and coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads.
3. You will be the branch in charge either at the Hadapsar branch or FC road, wherein you will be managing stationery, documents and other administrative tasks.
4. From Time to time, data of prominent leads would be shared, and you will have to follow up with them by phone and make them visit the office.
5. You will have to identify opportunities to create events which will help the academy to reach more students.

6. You will have to keep track of existing students and interact with their parents for their follow-up.

**Qualifications and Skills**
1. Communication skills should be good.
2. Basic knowledge of computers is required.

Note: Sundays are usually working days for us as most of the footfall are on holidays.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
