Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
