Job Title: Financial Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced financial director to oversee daily operations, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day financial activities including accounting and cash flow management.
  • Preparation and presentation of detailed financial reports to senior management highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction and revenue growth strategies.
  • Management of relationships with external parties such as auditors, clients, and investors.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Leadership of month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Mentorship and guidance of junior finance staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • MIS & data management ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying receipts.
  • Verification of key deal terms (agreement amount, tenure, interest rate etc.) requiring proficiency in tally or other software.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in MIS advanced Excel attention to detail and strong analytical communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CA or MBA in finance 3-4 years of experience as an accountant.
