Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will take complete ownership and responsibility for the project, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • He/she will engage with clients, keeping them informed about project updates and activities through regular communication.

Core Skills & Expertise:

  • A bachelor's or diploma in civil, architecture, or interior design is essential for this role.
  • The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in executing modular corporate or residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas efficiently, are required.
  • Excellent understanding of project management principles and a no-compromise attitude towards quality are necessary for success.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, and GSheets is also expected.

  • The successful candidate must have extreme attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial zeal and ownership are essential qualities for this position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills are required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
