We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our greenfield projects. This role is responsible for managing the overall project lifecycle, from construction through commissioning.
Job Description- The successful candidate will have at least 18 years of experience in high-tech, process-driven manufacturing, solar, semiconductors, advanced materials, and electronics.
- Proven leadership in large-scale projects, with expertise in automation, MES, inline metrology, and high-throughput manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other business improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology.
- Strategic execution, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to deliver in dynamic environments.
- Lead end-to-end greenfield project execution from construction through commissioning.
- Own full plant operations, including Production, Quality, SCM, EHS, and HR.
- Establish organizational structure, governance frameworks, and performance culture.
- Ensure timely ramp-to-rate and achievement of global operational benchmarks.
- Manage complete P&L responsibility, stakeholder reporting, and compliance.
