Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide remote assistance for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including equipment provisioning and account setup.
  • Maintain documentation for technical support procedures.
  • Systems Administration:
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across various tools and platforms.
  • Monitor system access and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication setup.
  • Network & Security Management:
  • Implement technical security best practices to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Respond to technical security incidents and escalate as needed.
  • Process Improvement & Global Collaboration:
  • Suggest and implement improvements in technical processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support remote deployments and field devices when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of technical support, systems administration, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones.
