Learning and Development Role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience within our organization. As a Learning and Development professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. A strong passion for inclusive workplaces and a learner-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to design and implement learning programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning and development programs, including content creation, delivery, and evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Diversity Equity and Inclusion roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing learning platforms and program communications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and participants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or Learning Management Systems.
