Training Developer for PLM Teamcenter

We are seeking an experienced professional to design high-quality training materials for Siemens Teamcenter. This role requires collaboration with experts to translate complex processes into engaging learning resources, supporting user adoption across the organization.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain comprehensive training guides, e-learning modules, and videos for Teamcenter.
  • Work with PLM experts to gather process knowledge and develop clear content that meets organizational requirements.
  • Develop structured training programs for business end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Teamcenter.
  • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create a seamless learning experience.
  • Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit to deliver interactive and informative content.
  • Publish and manage content via Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring ease of access and maintenance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in PLM training content development, preferably with Teamcenter.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit, with experience using LMS platforms and content version control.
