Job Description

The Training Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between trainees, trainers, and management, ensuring smooth operations of the academy. This is a key role in managing and delivering technical training programs within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and organize technical training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
  • Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure effective training delivery
  • Manage training calendars, bookings, and resource allocation
  • Handle trainee registrations, onboarding, and communication before, during, and after training
