**Job Description**About this role:

We are seeking an experienced project management professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering program-wide insights to support executive conversations and decisions.

You will monitor program adoption and performance metrics, support team collaboration and planning activities, and assist with program governance and curation of appropriate audience-based reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Track execution of Integrated PMO activities by monitoring key metrics and summarizing insights into executive-level readouts on regular cadence
  • Create updates to metrics dashboards within centralized project management tools
  • Log and monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating as needed
  • Supporting Functions:
  • Support preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops and updates to the GBS integrated plan
  • Prepare reporting packages for leadership meetings, such as company platform and segment updates
  • Collaboration and Synthesis:
  • Support collaboration and synthesization between Integrated PMO, initiative project teams, Transformation Management Office, and horizontal capabilities
  • Support Leads and PMs in understanding Integrated PMO ways of working, standards, and onboarding materials
  • Buil dand maintain strong working relationships with project managers to promote alignment and consistent delivery
**Qualifications:**
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required.
  • Experience collecting and tracking risks, issues, and performance metrics is required.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Planview, Jira, Smartsheets) is required.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize data into executive-level summaries and dashboards is required.
  • Skill in preparing leadership meeting materials and planning workshop content is required.
  • Experience with storytelling through data is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented is required.
