Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration across various work streams.

Drive accountability, ownership, and alignment within cross-functional teams to meet project and program objectives.

Oversee end-to-end program delivery, from inception through execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop strategic plans for program delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.

Manage financial and resource allocations to optimize program performance.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills:

Strategy & Planning: Strong demonstrated abilities in setting and executing strategic plans across complex projects and programs.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of driving accountability and ownership within cross-functional teams.

Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs with cross-work stream integration.

Financial & Resource Management: Expertise in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
