We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and innovative Senior Program Manager to lead and optimize mission-critical business programs. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on solving complex problems, driving operational excellence, and making a tangible business impact. You will play a key role in managing high-impact initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership, and ensuring seamless execution of key business objectives.

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Program Manager to build and manage programs within the Product Team of Tracxn.

Note: This is NOT a Product Management role - it is a business projects & operations management role within the Product team. You would be reporting directly to a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Work with a Product Manager to deliver on important platform related projects

  • Example - do projects and run operations to monitor unusual Platform activity (abuse)
  • Example - evaluate strategic partnerships with vendors / integrations
  • Example - build & manage data pipelines (may require working with AI / LLMs)
  • Example - create and manage workflows to test critical platform functionalities

Others

  • Work across teams - with Marketing, Operations, Business to ensure the projects are delivered pragmatically
  • Over time, manage junior program managers and grow into a product or leadership role

Who are we looking for?

  • 4-7 years of experience in program management, or project management, or business strategy, or in software engineering, or software product management roles
  • Someone who is looking for a problem solving role involving a lot of digital products & workflows
  • Someone who can manage multiple programs at the same time, requiring cross-department collaboration
  • Someone who has a continuous improvement mindset - the world we work is changing quite fast, and adaptability is going to be a key trait for success
