Job Title: Program and Project Lead

Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and programs simultaneously. This involves utilizing standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure successful project delivery.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive project success
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project management
  • Collaborate with and manage teams to perform tasks
  • Make key decisions as a team leader
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decisions
  • Develop solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teams
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to maintain alignment and address challenges
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Agile Project Management is required
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies
  • Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management
  • A 15-year full-time education is required
