Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service team.

The successful candidate will act as technical lead, responsible for planning and implementing initiatives that align with our firm's strategic plan.

  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure efficient operation of subordinate Team Members
    • Maintain documentation for policies and procedures related to all service and support efforts
    • Design and implement future support offerings and modalities
    • Ensure compliance of IT related policies and procedures throughout the IT Services Team
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Contribute to strategic technology planning and direction of projects
    • Understand business needs, educate staff on technology and how to use it as a strategic asset
    • Stay up to date with key service development/issues within the technology industry and implement new methods or technologies in order to maintain and improve efficiency
  • Leadership:
    • Provide direction and support to the service team, helping to develop personal goals, and ensuring that they are met efficiently
    • Coach team members to help them grow, develop and encourage them to extend their professional capabilities
    • Identifying and delegating areas of responsibility to the appropriate authority for team members to successfully accomplish their responsibilities
    • Build a high-performing team through effective staffing, training, and performance management
