Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner.
  • Gather detailed information from users regarding bugs reported.
  • Clarify or answer for queries or doubts raised by the users.
  • Understand issues, analyze them, categorize, and follow up with concerned teams for solutions.
  • Suggest temporary work-around solutions and provide step-by-step procedures for resolving issues.
  • Regularly follow up on tickets and ensure 100% compliance in resolving issues.
  • Ensure nil escalation rate of issues to managers and higher authorities.
  • Collect user feedback.
  • Close support requests after resolution.
