We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests in a timely manner.
- Gather detailed information from users regarding bugs reported.
- Clarify or answer for queries or doubts raised by the users.
- Understand issues, analyze them, categorize, and follow up with concerned teams for solutions.
- Suggest temporary work-around solutions and provide step-by-step procedures for resolving issues.
- Regularly follow up on tickets and ensure 100% compliance in resolving issues.
- Ensure nil escalation rate of issues to managers and higher authorities.
- Collect user feedback.
- Close support requests after resolution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with technical tools and software.
