About the Role
  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Forge Strong Partnerships

As a Relationship Manager at GyanDhan, you will play a critical role in our B2B vertical by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with study abroad admission consultants.

  • Secure Student Referrals

Your primary goal will be to engage with consultants, secure 100% student referrals, and ensure that GyanDhan is their preferred loan partner for all their students.

  • Maintain Relationship Bonds

You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing consultants through regular in-person meetings, phone calls, and networking events.

  • Drive Business Growth

Through your efforts, you will contribute to driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new consultants, and ensuring that they exclusively refer students to GyanDhan for financing solutions.

Requirements
  • Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or relationship management, preferably in the education or finance sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and persuasively to consultants and partners.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory to meet consultants and partners face-to-face.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure consultants exclusively refer students to GyanDhan for financing solutions.
  • Relationship-Building: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Target-Driven: Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
