Job Title

Senior Fieldglass Administrator for IT Technology Services

Key Responsibilities


• Manage Contingent Workforce Administration, including onboarding and tracking attrition

• Administer Fieldglass, creating Statements of Work, extending or terminating contracts as needed, assigning costs, approving timesheets, and increasing budgets after spend approvals

• Monitor budgets, proactively communicating about spend and exceptional approvals

• Collaborate with partners to address billing and invoicing queries

• Track team-wise costs, analyze, and report on headcount (internal and external workforce), vacancies, and attrition

• Manage employee staffing in ISP and role assignments in Lucid tool

Requirements


• 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting or a related field, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Ability to work in an international and diverse team environment, with a positive, self-motivated attitude

• Prior experience working with SAP and understanding the SAP environment is an asset

• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Fieldglass administration

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask with high accuracy and strong time management skills

• Attention to detail and strong fact-checking ability

• Fluent in English

• Excellent analytical skills, with high ambition, drive, and focus on results and execution

• Ability to deliver high-quality results, be responsive and resilient under time pressure

• High degree of personal maturity, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work well with senior team members
